Does it include video ads?
Branded video advertisements and campaign creative are part of the patient acquisition system. The examples on this site are clearly labeled sample creative produced to demonstrate the style and format. Volume and format per package are confirmed on a demo.
Does it include employee training?
Yes, and it's a major part of the system rather than a bonus. It covers consultation training, in-clinic sales, the sales environment, no-show reduction, rebooking, and cross-selling, supported by staff scripts, checklists, and standard operating procedures.
How does patient reactivation work?
Your existing contact list — past patients and old leads — receives respectful automated follow-up over SMS and email. When someone replies, the system carries the conversation forward and books them a consultation. It works the list you already paid to build.
What is the AI Executive Assistant?
It's a planned private assistant for the owner — separate from the patient-facing AI Patient Concierge. The plan is a private channel that sends you daily business summaries, new lead and appointment reporting, cancellation and missed-opportunity alerts, staff follow-up summaries, and campaign performance, and answers questions about your business. It is in development and not yet available.
